Ed Rennie and Helena Painting will guide you through the absolute basics of playing the D/G melodeon, with this series of progressive workshops, offering a basis of good techniques to set you on the right path. The step-by-step teaching method combined with tablature (good news for those who don't read music yet) means by the end of the workshops you will have played at least one tune and have the tools to play many more. If you can borrow an instrument (must be D/G), bring it along! If you haven't got access to one, we have a bank of good quality Hohner melodeons for use by workshop participants. Loan instruments are limited though - so don't delay.
