In this workshop Bob will take you through the basics of social folk dance with a focus on contra dancing. You'll learn about and refine some figures and think about moving through a dance. This workshop is particularly for you if you are a beginner, want to expand from just ceilidh or are wanting to warm up with some basics. (P)
