Trade Stand Application
We’re delighted to invite applications from traders who would like to join us at the festival, taking place over the weekend of Friday 28nd May to Monday 31st May 2027.
Applications for 2027 are now open and can be submitted using our online form.
About applications
We carefully consider each application to create a good mix of traders and products. We look at factors including choice, quality, origin and pricing, helping us to offer a varied and balanced selection for festival visitors.
If your application is successful, you will normally need to pay a deposit promptly to secure your place.
Pricing
Prices for pitches at the 2027 festival are as follows:

Pitch Sizes: Standard outdoor pitches – single 3 x 3 metre, double 6 x 3 metre. Craft Marquee – single 3 x 1.5 metre, double 6 x 1.5 metre.
Power: Standard outdoor pitches – 16 amp £48, 32 amp £65. Craft Marquee – 10 amp £35.
What you’ll need to provide
All applicants are required to provide:
- Proof of valid insurance
- A completed risk assessment
In addition, all food and drink traders must provide details of the local authority with which they are registered.
