Peter and Barbara Snape have a great love of traditional British folk music and a reputation both for songs from the time when cotton and coal were king in the North West.
Ken Wilson
Based in Teesside and singing since the early seventies, Ken is a traditional folk singer who spent over forty years performing with his siblings, The Wilson Family.
Alvar Smith
Alvar Smith is an East Suffolk tradition bearer and retired gamekeeper whose 2026 Veteran label album preserves the Blaxhall Ship singing legacy inherited from his family and local legends.
