Rosie Butler Hall

Rosie Butler-Hall has been playing Five-String Fiddle on the UK folk scene for 18 years. She is a thoughtful an intricate player of English Folk Music with European, Irish and Scottish musicial influences. Her roots are in music for ceilidhs and social dances, and this has enabled her to amass a in immense repertoire of tunes from traditional sources to tunes she has written. She has a wealth of experience as a performer, appearing at festival across the UK and around the world. She is also part of The English Fiddle Ensemble, a four piece quartet of fiddle players bringing joyus harmonies and striking rythms to traditional English Tunes.
