Donald Nelson

Donald is a Scottish storyteller who has worked in libraries, schools, care homes pubs, clubs and various other venues. He is registered with the Scottish Storytelling Centre and does not only tell Scottish stories but tales from all over the world. He has worked in schools and with street children in Russia and schools in Morocco as part of the Marrakech Storytelling festival. other festivals include Glastonbury, Cambridge Folk Festival, Edinburgh fringe, Celtic connections and Butefest. Also a folk singer, Donald includes songs in many of his stories. Warning: Watch out for some terrible puns and awful punchlines.
