Hannah Wood is a Bristol vocalist and songwriter who draws influences from folk, soul and pop to create dreamy, sometimes haunting, sounds. Her melancholic vocals and introspective lyrics offer comfort in our shared struggles, leading fans to describe her music as “a love child between Joni Mitchell and Dido”. Hailed as “a seriously good teller of tales” by Bristol247, her music carries a “delicious spookiness” and a timeless charm. Though her sound was crafted on the vibrant Bristol music scene, Hannah now takes her music across the South West and Northwest of England and Wales, frequenting folk clubs, intimate festivals and village pubs. Sometimes collaborating with local musicians and often performing with her sister, Hannah brings an intimate air to her performances wherever she goes. Last Year, Hannah released her second EP, Rabbits, recorded with producer James Wyatt at Sloe Flower Studio. The EP features intricate melodies, earthy rhythms, and nostalgic themes. Blending folklore with personal experience, Rabbits makes for immersive and emotive listening.
